SHIFT ONE

Position Before the Room Fills Up

The meeting doesn’t start when you walk in. We’ll work through how to build influence before anyone sits down - stakeholder mapping, pre-meeting conversations and how to build allies before you need them. This is how you stop being surprised by what happens in the room.


SHIFT TWO

Claim, Don’t Convince

There’s a specific difference between performing confidence and having it. You’ll learn it through exact language, what convincing sounds like, what claiming sounds like and how to state a position without over-explaining, hedging or waiting to be asked. Scripts included. Practice required.


SHIFT THREE & FOUR

Hold the Silence. Name the Conversation.

What to do when someone pushed back, dismisses you or the room moves without you. How to define what kind of conversation you’re in before someone else decides for you. This is the week that changes how you handle moments that used to shrink you.
