With over two decades of experience in Corporate Human Resources, primarily within Fortune 500 companies across a range of industries, I’ve had a front-row seat to what truly drives high-performing teams and thriving workplace cultures.

Throughout my career, I’ve witnessed first-hand how coaching and intentional development can transform not just individuals, but entire teams and organizations.
