Founded in 2024, Engage HR was born of Leadership Coach Danielle Shroyer’s desire to meet the needs of today’s leaders. She saw the gaps in traditional leadership training programs and developed coaching programs that fill those gaps.

Danielle Shroyer didn’t follow a traditional path into HR–and that’s exactly what shaped her into the coach she is today.

From temp receptionist to HR leader, Danielle spent 20+ years building a thriving HR career. She led large-scale hiring initiatives, built HR functions from the ground up, and experienced both the burnout and beauty of being an HR department of one.

But what Danielle loved most wasn’t the policy work–it was developing people.

Out of that passion for people, Danielle founded Engage HR: a leadership coaching firm focused on supporting HR professionals and emerging corporate leaders who want to move beyond the daily grind and lead with purpose and authenticity.
